Homemade Sour Cherry Jam
A homemade jam simmered from sour cherries picked in season, with no additives and little sugar. Thick in consistency with the fruit still whole, it is wonderful at breakfast, with yoghurt or over desserts. Prepared in small, traditional batches in glass jars.
I make village-style, additive-free jam, tarhana and pickles — with produce from my own garden.
