Homemade Tarhana
Traditional homemade tarhana, fermented with tomatoes, peppers, mint and yoghurt, then dried in the sun. It is the very soul of winter's most sought-after soup; even a single spoonful is rich in aroma. Made entirely by hand, with no additives.
I make village-style, additive-free jam, tarhana and pickles — with produce from my own garden.
